In 2022, over a heartfelt lunch and a bold idea, Kendra Harris and Paula Hatch began envisioning a space where future estheticians could flourish—not just in skill, but in confidence, creativity, and community. That moment became the spark that ignited the creation of Wildflower Skin Institute.

Kendra
Kendra Harris is a licensed esthetician and multi-location med spa owner with a passion for leadership and innovation. Her sharp business acumen, combined with a heart for mentorship, laid the foundation for Wildflower to become a haven for aspiring professionals in the beauty and wellness industry.
Executive Director
Paula
Paula Hatch brings the perfect balance of corporate leadership and educational expertise. She spent over 20 years in executive management in banking before transitioning into esthetics in her late 30s. With more than 12 years of experience in the aesthetics industry as both a licensed esthetician and instructor, Paula's background gives her a rare depth of insight. Her love for teaching and her ability to guide with grace make her a pillar of strength and inspiration within the school.
